50 years of service to North Devon motorists

Croyde Motors was founded in 1948 when Alma and Reg Summers established a village garage.

The business moved to its present location in 1963 and in 1991 Croyde Motors became SEAT dealers for North Devon. The premises was redeveloped in 1998 to the latest specification required to meet the highest standards set by SEAT for their dealerships.

Today's SEAT dealership is a high tech operation, however the dealership remains a family run business and is run by the second and third generation of the family.

Croyde Motors is run by Reg Summers Grand daughter Michelle Thackray (Administration Manager) and husband Roy Thackray (Customer Services Manager)

John Adams is our highly knowledgeable Customer Services Advisor who has a great deal of experience with the SEAT brand.

Scott Hancock (left) is our fully trained Senior Technician. In 2000 Scott was England's SEAT Golden Technician of the year. Scott is assisted by his brother Steve Hancock (right). Another valued member of our team.
